By using BMV Analyser, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
BMV Analyser provides automated estimates of a property's value and below-market-value (BMV) percentage based on available data and comparable sold prices.
3. Not financial or investment advice
All figures, scores, and comparables provided by BMV Analyser are estimates for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, surveying, or legal advice. Always carry out your own due diligence, including a professional valuation/survey, before making any property investment decision. We accept no liability for investment decisions made using this tool.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Free, Pro, and Investor plans are described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via your account's billing portal; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time.
5. Free plan limits
Free accounts are limited to 3 property searches and 5 saved leads per month/in total as described on the site; these limits may change with notice.
6. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent free-plan limits, or use the tool for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on the tool's output.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
