How is the BMV score calculated?
The BMV score compares the asking price you enter against a set of real comparable sold prices from HM Land Registry. We look at nearby sales of similar properties, calculate an estimated market value, then show the percentage difference between that estimate and the asking price. Every score is backed by the actual comparable sales, so you can see exactly where the number comes from.
What areas does BMV Analyser cover?
BMV Analyser currently covers England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland is not supported yet — we’re keeping that note honest because we’d rather set the right expectation than over-promise.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal. Head to Settings and choose “Manage Subscription” — you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 3 searches per month and no card is required to try it. If you need more searches or want to save leads and unlock extra tools, you can upgrade to Pro or Investor at any time.
