Founder story
BMV Analyser was built by Tina Montebello, who spent years working in property herself — selling and sourcing deals directly. Having seen first-hand how much time investors and deal sourcers lose manually digging through sold-price data to check if an asking price is genuinely a good deal, she built BMV Analyser to solve that problem: turning hours of manual research into a clear, evidence-backed answer in seconds.
What we do
BMV Analyser helps property investors, sourcers and homebuyers quickly assess whether an asking price looks like a genuine below-market-value opportunity. We use real comparable sold-price data from HM Land Registry to generate a BMV score and show you the actual sales behind it. Coverage includes England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland is not supported yet — we’re keeping that note honest because we’d rather set the right expectation than over-promise.
Plans
We offer a free plan with 3 searches per month, no card required, plus Pro and Investor tiers for unlimited searches, saved leads and extra tools. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Our approach
We believe transparency matters. Every BMV score comes with the actual comparable sales behind it, not a black-box number. If a deal looks good, you’ll know why. If the data is thin, we’ll show you that too, so you can make your own informed decision.
